Generosity Statement
Everything we are and have is a gift from God. The Enduring Principle of Grace and Generosity reminds us that God’s grace is a generous, unearned gift, love poured out freely for all creation. In response, we are called to share what we have received as an act of faith. With Jesus Christ as our model, we offer all our gifts, our time, abilities, resources, stories, and lived experiences, in service to God and others.
During the Disciples’ Generous Response, we focus on aligning our heart with God’s heart. Our offerings are more than meeting budgets or funding mission. Through our offerings, we join in making God’s work visible in the world.
